RURAL DELIVERY

• If you have a RURAL Address, you MUST select this in the Shipping Options, failure to do so, will result in delayed dispatch, until the fee is paid.

COMBINED SHIPPING

• We can combine shipping on multiple items, however ask a question first, as the combined shipping will depend on the size/weight of the other items.

PICKUP

• You are welcome to pickup your purchase from our store in NAPIER.

SIGNATURE REQUIRED

• We take every care when packaging our parcels, however, you MUST inspect your parcel on arrival, PRIOR TO SIGNING. Claims cannot be made for goods which have been signed for.
• If you choose to have your parcel left at your home without a signature, we take no responsibility for loss or damage and no claims can be honoured.
