Designed to be a complete cutting unit which sits on the bench, this slicer has an adjustable slice width from fine to chunky, depending on the requirement.

The circular blade rotates with the turn of the handle, producing perfectly regular slices each time. The base board is hinged to fold up for storage and has suction feet to keep it firmly in place on the bench.

Steel blade, cast aluminium housing and looks like a malteca/formica type top to the wooden base.

Still fully functioning. Age unknown - I bought it second hand 17 years ago in Germany.
Measures 30cm long, 22cm wide and 18cm high.
