Lovely old RCA tapestry speaker. Model 103.

An attractive, quality speaker in its day, this tapestry fronted speaker was made about 1928.

The composition wood frame and base were molded to resemble hand carved oak.

I have no way of testing to see if this works so being sold as is and please bear this in mind when bidding.

As you can see in the photos, some tlc is needed. It still has the original cone and silk sock but the sock has perished. A replacement could be made using the old one as a template. I found there is quite a bit of information on the internet regarding restoration of these speakers and replacememt socks can also be bought online.
