Description
Perhaps the most famous portable transistor radio from the 1970's, the Panapet was very popular, and came in a large variety of colors. They were quite a relief from the plain rectangular boxes other radios were housed in at the time.
This unit was white or pale grey when new, but has discolouring on the top half with age a bit. It still has its chain.
Unscrew the two halves, insert two AA batteries, and you'll get AM radio when you need it. Sound is surprisingly good. There is also a 3.5mm jack for a mono earpiece.
Radio is 110mm diameter.
