These chairs need restoring. Two of the chairs are in reasonable good condition and only need a good clean and oiling. The other two need some joinery attention such as splicing pieces into damaged mortice and tenon joints on the backs of the chairs (see photo's) this is very doable if you have joinery restoration experience and know how to preform this procedure with little evidence of repair.
