Stunning colours in this old ceramic/pottery basket which would make a good fruit bowl.
Inherited from an elderly relative, so don't know the background, apart from that it's old.
Underneath it's had a label which has been removed and it has either 1124/B or 112G/B written.
Good, not perfect, condition. It has a crack through the pottery near the base of one side of the handle, which needs attention if it's going to be used. The glaze on the underside is splotchy with light gold-brown, and has worn on the underside of a few of the folds. One tiny flaw in the green glaze around the edge, not very noticeable. Overall, it looks in very good condition for its age.
Buyer MUST pick up because of its fragility.
