This auction is for stunning and genuine Austrian 1960's large green glazed vase.

The shape of the vase is uncomplicated, with a widened rim and stout neck, leading to the large and long shaped body. The whole is glazed in varying shades of green and cream, the glazes having flowed into each other to give a mottled appearance.

The base has an unglazed foot rim, revealing the underlying ceramic body to be a similar colour tone. The centre of the base is glazed and has the words 'Austria' and the numbers ‘218 – 29’ moulded in relief. This is in excellent original condition with no faults. It's put next to other items for size comparison.
