R.M.S Queen Mary. Commemorative book of the launch of the Queen Mary.

Launched September 26th, 1934, by Her Majesty Queen Mary, who was accompanied by His late Majesty King George V and His Majesty King Edward VIII, then Prince of Wales.

Beautifully designed and illustrated throughout with coloured plates of the ship, it's stunningly lavish interior, ship's paintings and wooden carvings. Contains some double page fold outs, printed and tipped in plates.

Condition: Good inside overall. 2 plates have corner creases, otherwise the plates in good condition and tidy inside overall with light foxing. The cover is marked and edges are untidy. The ribbon has faded & is frayed.
