Three old, probably late 1800s pre 1900 Whitall tatum & Company bottles as per photo. They look to be the old pharmacy, chemist or lab type bottles. The three larger ones look to be same style & shape, just different sizes. They have in raised letters on the bottom W T & Co USA and have the letter (starting from the biggest one) - and I could have these letters wrong here as they are a bit hard to read, D, B, and the smaller of the three I can not make out (& the USA on that one is not really visible) The small squarish bottle has WT CO, which probably dates it 1900 to 1920. The three largest ones, by them using WT & Co, likely dates them pre 1900, but just do not know how much before 1900. (probably 1880-1900) The two largest seem to have stoppers that fit. The 3 big ones have that squate or oblong section on the front, for labelling??. The bottles are not mint, but I think they are reasonably good. Can see no cracks, but there are some chips on the shoulder where the stopper goes in. The big one has one chip there, the middle one seems fine, the smaller of the three has a chip there as well. To all intents & purposes there are no chips anywhere else. (& if I have missed one it will be small & minor and not worth counting - & if you are the sort of person who will be unhappy if I have missed something, please do NOT bid) They need a clean. I do not know the volumes. Two of the bottles do not have a stopper, and there are two stoppers that do not seem to fit. From largest, bottle measures (not counting the stopper) approx 233mm high x 95mm wide at the base, 195mm & 73mm, 160mm x 60mm, and the small square one approx 88mm high x 40mm square at the base. Will not split. Great for somone who collects old bottles. Thanks. refN2351240
