Very rare Smiths English Clock Systems outdoor clock from the sixties. Stainless steel case with a white opaque acrylic dial with the Smiths numbers, hour marks and suppliers name, and hands in black.

This classic is run on 230v mains supply using a new German synchronous movement.

Dial is 600 x 600mm
Case is 700 x 700mm
Depth of case is 50mm

The stainless steel case can be easily extended 50mm (in timber or metal) for back lighting with a single round fluro tube as per the photo and will look superb in any setting. Back lighting ads to the effect and provides a soft background glow in the room or hall. Light could be put on simple timer if required. All easy for the new owner to complete.

A great retro look for your apartment or home.

Clock has manual adjustment at the rear or just wait for the real time to catch up to the clock hand setting and turn on the clock. Simple to operate, just needs changing twice per year at daylight savings time.
