Can you imagine what has been weighed to be baked over 100 years?? I bet if you left in the kitchen over night you would be able to smell all the scones, cakes, puddings, biscuits and all the the other things this scale weighed over the years, Whole natural butter that had just been churned a few minutes before hand, the yummy smells of all the baking while she weighed the icing sugar to go with that natural butter to make that decadent butter icing... Orrrrgghh Yum....
