Description
The only one of these I've ever seen. MacMaster & Purdy mention these in bronze (CV $50) but there's no listing for any other metal. I'm pretty sure this is silver - it's certainly heavy at 100 grams but whatever it is, it's likely to be either a sample or presentation piece . 51 mm diameter. Handling as you'd expect from not collectors and a little toning but not damaged. An excellent rarity for the collector of modern NZ medals.
