The Centenario has a total weight of 41.67 grams at 0.9000 of pure gold, containing 37.5 grams of pure gold or as it is mentioned in the coin face: “37.50 Oro Puro”.

This means 1.20565 troy ounces of pure gold (Total gross weight: 1.33967 Troy oz).
