Stunning Japanese teapot and matching heating stand with candle holder. Teapot has a cane handle and has the most beautiful depictions of blue birds - Cuckoos I think... The other sides are decorated in a complex cross hatch style of red blue and yellow. Very striking.

The teapot holds 1.5 litres - so quite big - 16cm tall without handle and 12cm x 12cm diameter base.

Stand is 12cm x 12cm and 7cm tall.

Mint condition with no chips or cracks.
