Description
Tibetan singing bowls were traditionally made of a 7 metal alloy, including gold, silver, copper, iron, lead, tin, and mercury and were first made as early as 2500 years ago. The bowls have been used in many traditions, though the exact ritual context is often obscure. However, the use of bells, cymbals and similar instruments in meditative practices is common, and it is probable that the singing bowls were used in a similar manner. Buddhism and Hinduism include sound and vibration in trance and transformation, as do other religions.
13 cm. across.
I have them in F, the heart chakra and an E note , the solar plexus chakra.
Free striker and cushion with every bowl purchased.
