Fabulous" Carin Wilson" hand crafted solid Kwila 7 piece dining suite and matching sideboard.
Unfortunately the proud owners of these beautiful pieces of collectable furniture have had their home pulled down due to an earthquake & have now relocated to Australia & were unable to take them with them , they have been lovingly taken care of since Carin Wilson made them for the owners around 30yrs ago just before he relocated to Auckland in the early 80's and are still in Pristine condition.
The whole lot is hand made and carved from solid Kwila , there are 6 chairs two of which are carvers, they have a quality leather upholstery with studded edges and are very comfortable .
The matching sideboard has one double doored cupboard with a fixed center shelf and one single door cupboard below and 4 drawers above , one of which has a green felt lined cutlery drawer , all are dove tailed front and back.
Table measures:- 188cm long x 100cm wide x 75cm high.
Chairs measure:- 102cm high x 49cm high from floor to seat x 46cm wide x 47cm deep.
Carvers measure:- 111cm high x 49cm high from floor to seat x 56cm wide x 53cm deep.

About the Artist:
Carin Wilson has been designing & making furniture & interiors at Studio Pasifika in Auckland for over 20yrs.
A regular exhibitor . his work has been recognized with several grants & awards & is held in public & private collections in 5 countries.
He has an honorary diploma in Art & Design & has assisted in design & implementation of several tertiary art education programmes.
