Small tear underneath in lining of couch.

1 chair underneath lining torn. A few scratch marks on wood on couch and chairs from use but overall in beautiful condition. Fabric in extremely good condition, no tears. Nice braiding, lattice work on back and sides of couch and chairs looks beautiful. Very Comfortable and looks good.
