In original condition, leather inset has come unglued needs some TLC and attention, some borer to the back and top that has been treated.

Drop front top drawer desk with 14 drawers below.
All hand dovetailed front and rear
Flush mounted handles.
Very solid and nuggety.

Could have been used for Butlers silverwear or perhaps a Botanists specimens chest?
Perhaps someone may have a better idea?
