A fabulous early metal reinforced shipping chest from Sweden with barrel arched top and wooden runners. This looks like your typical looking treasure chest with original metal strapping and decorative sheet brass corners very unusual and unique. The chest has original black metal hardware.

The chest still has its original lining and upper tray (tray needs the bottom replaced).

All wooden items have been fumigated before being released at the port.
