WE do not accept direct deposit from Australian bank accounts . We prefer Pay Now or Pay pal
- Delivery cost has been calculated to include weight of item and packaging, which will allow your item to reach you in good condition. Please do not attempt to negotiate delivery costs after auctions end.

- We send out buyer emails immediately after auctions end, through Trademes buyer notification service. If you do not receive yours, please feel free to email us for our payment details, as some email providers send Trademe's emails to the spam box.

-We send parcels Monday, Wednesday & Friday. Your parcel will be sent on the next available morning from when your payment is evident in our account, or has been received via phone/post.

- We require payment within 1 week of auctions end and would appreciate email contact within 3 days advising address and payment method.
