Up for auction is this absolutely amazing vintage brooch by DeLizza and Elster. The large elaborate brooch is exceedingly well made and prong set with many sparkling navette and round rhinestones in different green and blue shades, the setting is goldtone.

As a matter of fact, all Juliana jewellery was unsigned and was signed by paper hang-tags only. Juliana jewellery has a look that is collected by many jewellery lovers... terrific colours, art glass stones, and a showy presentation make it a favourite.

Condition: very good vintage condition with a secure/safety clasp, all diamantes are present and sparkling

JULIANA jewellery was made by DeLizza and Elster, founded in 1947 in New York City by William DeLizza and Harold Elster. "Juliana" was the name of one of their lines of jewellery started in 1963. They were never signed, but tagged with paper tags. Mark Mercy, former designer for Stanley Hagler and now designing his own line, states that DeLizza and Elster had their physical manufacturing plant in Brooklyn, New York. They manufactured jewellery for more than 800 different companies including Weiss, Alice Caviness, Hobe, Schrager, Hattie Carnegie, Kramer, YSL and many more.
