1. Please do NOT bid if you don't agree with our policy.
2. No refund because of customer changing mind, bidding by mistake or misuse
3. Refund(excluding postage)/ Replacement is available for manufacture's malfunction but faulty items must be sent back to us at buyers'expense firstly and they must be in original condition, no scratches,no wear, no damages! Thanks.

4.The auction will be canceled if you don't pay within one week since the auction close..

Notes:

• The real color of the item may be slightly different from the pictures caused by many factors such as brightness of your monitor and light brightness
• Manual measurement, 1-2cm error is inevitable

*** Shipping Policy ***

• Combine shipping is only available through COURIER. Pay full freight for the item with the highest shipping and every other item thereafter is $2.

-Parcels are only delivered on weekdays

-We do not allow pick-up's for goods that are of a lower value due

*** Refund Policy ***

• Item will be exchanged or refunded within 5 days after received if it is found to be faulty.
• Intimate apparelngerie can NOT be refunded due to health and hygiene reasons.
