This pendant is an extraordinary piece of lapidary art . Carved by American lapidary artist Jack Clarkson in 2002.
The piece symbolizes 'The Struggle of Man '
Blind to the world but aware spiritually via the third eye.
The carving weighs approx 250 carats.
Carved from boulder opal matrix with opal inlay this piece shows what can be done with boulder matrix.
The piece is big and not for the faint-hearted,
Set in sterling silver with a 45cm snake chain and is approx. 85mm x 40mm.
Total weight 71 grams.
