Indonesian in origin & a collectors piece, this forged steel 'piece' is the iconic peasant knife, with it's singular constuction & sharpened blade, becoming, a scrolled handle & culminating in a circular gripped End (see photos); long-scorned by higher classes BUT definitely ''feared'' by same, throughout Indonesia, Malaysia & the Phillipines.
