Bokken Sword (Gift from JAPANESE Kendo Sensei!)

In September of 2007 i went on a journey to the country of gadgets and technology JAPAN ! For a couple of days i was hosted by a kind and generous family who offered to take me to a dojo in Nishio where i was to learn the art form and fighting style kendo . i was very excited and could not wait to to get into action . When we arrived the dojo, i was introduced to the sensei who was a small elderly man . i thought to myself "ok im not goin to underestimate his skill" , after all it looked like he had been doing this for quite sometime lol . as we started he showed me a few things and so did the students , i was suprised at how good they were so i decided not to hold back , i struck the sensei in the head over and over (btw he was wearing a helmet) and the crowd were yelling back and four " ooohh ahhh" i was like huh ? . lol as we finished the sensei had many words for me , which were translated by my host mother which made me feel proud of myself. I then told him i was from NEW ZEALAND and he was shocked . He replied "i have been there years before to teach kendo and he admired the people and beauty of our country. He then walked over to the wall filled with photos, helmets, robes and swords and pulled down one of the artifacts and wrote something on the handle, i believe it says " a true warrior fights from within" .. and then handed it to me. A sword which he said is very expensive and made out of the finest wood. At that moment i was shocked and honour and thought i'd cherish it for a life time.

Now you may ask why am i selling it? - ive kept it locked up in my closet 4 two years and i believe it needs a good home to go to. So if your willing and a caring owner please do bid ! I personally think its worth more then money can buy but times are hard so i have to let it go :(
