Patricia Carola Velasquez is the supermodel and actress from Venezuela who took part in the 1989 Miss Venezuela pageant and then, after she finished college, went on to pursue a modeling career.

In 1997 she branched out and began acting studies in LA and New York and was soon balancing the life of both supermodel and up-and-coming actress.

As well as appearing for all the major fashion houses, Patricia has graced countless magazines including the annual Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue.

Patricia played Anck-Su-Namun in the 1999 film The Mummy and its 2001 sequel The Mummy Returns and she also appeared in several episodes of Arrested Development.
