These are glassy objects thought to have been formed from an interplanetary collision with a comet. They all show atmospheric friction. They have been dated at 700,000 years old. NASA's research suggests that the black Indochina Tektites were the result of a meteoric impact on the moon which formed the crater Tycho. The meteorite was some 3 miles in diameter. It exploded and the force melted some of the lunar rock, throwing it outside the moons gravity towards the earth.

Metaphysical: Intuitive sources suggest Tektites can be used for wisdom, knowledge, and to help withstand mental or emotional "stumbling".
