2 Glass Ballet Dancers.

This truly wonderful crystal sculpture was ceated by Milton Townsend for Fraklin Mint in 1988 entirely by hand. He has used clear glass for the male and frosted glass for the female. He named the piece "pas de deux" in recognition of the two dancers doing a very difficult ballet lift which he has rendered in a modern style.

Comes with a specially made black plinth which keeps them very stable whilst being displayed. I also have the certificate of authenticity and information pamphlet. The paperwork is worn in places and has very small rips at top R/H corner - nothing to stop you from reading about it though.

It is 25cm (H) and base is 13cm (D).

It is in "as new" condition.

As with all Franklin Mint productions, there are a limited number and then production ceases.

This is the perfect gift for the dancer in your family or friendship circles. It is a rare and lovely opportunity for you to own something very special.

I bought this in 1989 for approximately $350!

Please ask any questions if you want to know more. I can add more photos if you want.

I will send this as "fragile" in the post with much packing around it, so have to price postage once the Post Office is open again.

I am selling as my cat needs a $400 operation.
