A 17thC or early 18thC Delft tile.

I bought this a few years ago at a Webbs auction and was told that it was Victorian or earlier.

Looking on google the style and glaze seems to be more consistent with 17thC, but I am no expert.

Measurements:125mm square (5")

It's rare to find one in such good condition for its age. A tiny nibble off one edge, no crazing, a few pinpricks on the glazing.

The background colour is more soft gray than white.

A reluctant sale, but I am downsizing.

Either pickup from Half Moon Bay (between Pakuranga and Howick) or posted to you.

Because of its age I have offered a tracked option. If you want a cheaper option, then it would be at your own risk.

I package items very carefully.
