Central Hawkes Bay scouts patch, Waiapu area, produced by Fred Coleman of New Plymouth in his roles as National Commissioner Special Duties which included a responsibiliy for uniformity of items worn on the Scout uniform.

Was sewn onto a jacket, shows the tiny needle holes from this, the odd little fluffy bit but are able to be trimmed off.Other than that really good cond. on front. Was on a WW2 jacket which someone liked to sew patches onto (incl. a 1974 commonwealth games one) but this patch was in circulation from 1960s until 2007 so no idea how old it is.
