Brand new solid copper double die struck with silver-plated antique finish, a shield with a raised train. The badge measures 50mm wide and has the clasp on the back to pin to a shirt. An antique replica reproduction.

The Texas and Pacific Railroad went from the Gulf Coast of Texas to the Pacific Coast in California. These Special Police were needed as even a U.S. Deputy Marshal wasn't safe in 1884, Harold Gosling was killed while transporting 2 prisoners to prison.
