NIB STAMPED; PELIKANO ICON. STEEL NIB. PEN MARKED; PELIKANO ON CLIP. Black plastic body. Has cartridge (empty). C1970. Exterior Condition commensurate with age. Pen in it's current condition is probably unusable as a writing instrument.
