I do not know what this is called. It measures 23.5 across incl handles and it stands 7.5 cm tall.

Have polished a little bit and comes up beautiful. It is in very good condition, you just need to polish it yourself. :-)

P.S A very kind trader said it is meant to hold a glass bowl with a lip. All we need now is a name. :-)
