Silver plate novelty vesta. The strike is at the front just below the top. I wondered if this was Scottish as it depicts the "Gardy -loo.action of throwing out the slops onto the street. I'm sure someone somewhere will know. It measures 60 mm high x 30 mm wide and is approx 20 mm deep.
