Water Colour over etching ?? Vernex??

A nice picture of what looks to be an old English house or such. It is signed? Vernex in pencil at the corner.
Do not know about art enough to describe properly, so is sold as is. But to me, it looks like a pen drawing or aetching print that has then been coloured with watercolour or such. If it has been printed (the pen work etc) then it looks like it has been printed straight onto the cardboard or the art board etc. There is a bit of browning and or spots on the cardboard, but still quite alright I think. Needs a frame of course. Measures approx 530mm x 385mm. Great if you know about these things or the artist. Be quick. Thanks. refNN224554
