A neat original oil painting of a lake edge perhaps, and some trees & bush etc. looks quite peaceful & neat. It is signed, but can not make out exactly what it is. It is framed and not glassed. The frame is wooden and looks good. Has minor marks etc from age etc, but basically fine. The frame measures approx. 305mm x 255mm. What you can actually see of the artwork is approx. 240mm x 190mm.
