A neat, semi retro looking bright cheerful what I take to be a Mediteranian type scene of houses, bush and sea or lake. is signed Croft. Am fairly sure it is an oil as it is quite lumpy and textured. It is framed and not glassed (which always help for sending) Frame is wooden, and will have little age or usage marks or scrapes etc, but its fine. Painting is good, has some minor spots etc from time, but is also fine. Give a quick light clean will likely remove most fly spots etc. Frame measures approx. 675mm x 575mm, what you can actually see of the painting artwork itself is approx. 605mm x 505mm.
