I believe this is an original watercolour painting, BUT, a watcher says they believe this is a PRINT ? - so could be a print & NOT an original, so only bid or buy if being a print or original is NOT IMPORTANT to you. I have added 11 close up pictures, and to me, can see no dots as you would with a print, but can see changes in colours when the watercolour crosses over each other - see what you think. To me you can see the paint run into the paper. A neat picture entitled Paris (Street scene) Quai de La Tournelle ? Watercolour Painting signed P Vaughan as per photos - So, could be a hand coloured print. Quite a neat a piece and it is signed and dated but I can not make out the rest of the place name.

Watcher says ...I suspect it’s Quai de La Tournelle (thanks) I think it is in good reasonable condition for its age, may have odd little spot or marks etc, but basically fine for what it is. The frame is ok too, it is retro, light & basic, does have little marks, wear etc etc, but basically ok for what it is. It is glassed. Frame measures approx 420mm x 315mm odd or thereabouts. What you can actually see of the picture itself is approx 270mm x 200mm odd. Measurements are given, so please use them to compare to something else you own to give you a better idea of size. There's a number of photos, hopefully enough, to try & give a good indication of state and condition etc, and to help you decide its value & suitability to your use, whatever that may be. So PLEASE, use those photos to help you see & gauge its faults, condition and other things you may want to know. And if not sure, ask a question !!!! We allow pickups, but if you do not want to pickup, then we can send for you, on your behalf, at your risk.
