A beautiful "Still Life of Daffodils in Ceramic Vases" probably picked from Lily's own garden and arranged in some of her collection of jugs.

She loved flowers, enjoyed picking them and creating floral art gave her great pleasure. Flowers and fruit perfectly suited her impressionist style; her flower paintings are well regarded in the NZ Art World.

Bright, artistic and olourful, this painting reflects her own joi de vivre. Completely unfaded, the colours are as intense the day she painted these flowers. (All of the Lily Lewis paintings offered on this site are unfaded, having been kept light free).
