Pretty sure it's a 'Dragon Boat/ Waka', event in Auckland. Looks to be sunset. May be from his son Steve Bolt, who is an avid photographer.

Great frame which is 30 mm thick and 805 X 500 mm. Photo Size; 600 X 290 mm.

Named and signed by Esplin on the rear.

In very good condition and all set to hang. A couple of spots in photo are ceiling lights/ photographer error.
