Description

This historic engraving is of an etching of Mawe & Tatlow's Museum, Montpellier Walk in Cheltenham – this is an antique print, 1826, drawn by E. Jenkins, Architect, going for between 50 and 60 pounds (about $90 - $110) on ebay and ebid. The wooden frame and mount in good condition.

The next picture is of an etching of Somerset House – this view would be early 1800s. Its building began in the 1500s. Can’t find the identical antique print on Google, but a similar view in 1817 says the River Thames still flowed past Somerset House at that time. Mount clean, frame good condition.

The last picture is of Nelson's Column. This column was built in 1843 in Trafalgar Square to commemorate Admiral Nelson who died at the Battle of Trafalgar in 1805. I can't find a duplicate of this exact antique print on Google with horses in it, but the horses and carriage in foreground would place this etching around the 1850s. Mount clean, frame good condition.
