Pear is an American Made Woven Baby Wrap, woven in the classic Herringbone weave. It is a medium-thin wrap and suitable to carry babies of all ages and stages.

Soft and pliable from the beginning, with an elegant drape, Herringbone only improves with time. A quintessentially classic textile, Herringbone lovingly caresses and supports your child without a lot of bulk or weight. Often associated with menswear, Herringbone is very Daddy friendly!

Breathable and light, the cotton yarns and a subtle ribbed texture leave skin cool and comfortable through the heat of summer, though substantial enough though all four seasons. This wrap, wraps itself!

Notes from a tester's maiden voyage wrapping with Herringbone: "I found Herringbone to be surprisingly light. The texture held knots firmly in place without impeding the passes from gliding across one another smoothly. I much enjoyed the slightly narrow width of this wrap, even with my almost six year old wrapee, and I can see it performing splendidly with a smaller baby."

Please be sure to review safety guidelines and instructions. Also, wraps will arrive in "loom state", and as such, we recommend that you wash before use as follows:

Wash on the gentle cycle in cold water, with a liquid detergent Tumble dry on low, (I like to to add wool dryer or tennis balls, but they are not necessary) Finish with a steam iron on the cotton setting before use Approx. 10% shrinkage is customary.
