100% fine merino wool generous size baby wrap 80cm x 85cm approx. I have kept my standard wraps at this size as it swaddles baby well, but avoids bulkiness.If requested, I can make wraps up to 90cm x 90cm for $38, or up to 1m x 1.2m for $40. I edge my wraps in satiny fold-over elastic. Even though it takes longer to do, I prefer doing it this way as it is more durable, and won’t unravel if there is a loose thread.

This new cherry wrap is the same colour as the previous wraps, but slightly lighter weight.

There look to be lines on the fabric in the photo, but they are just from my camera, and show up on all the photos!

All my merino items are made at home by me and are not pre-packaged (partly for ecological reasons). Because merino is a natural fibre it adjusts to Babys body temperature so it is suitable all year round. This style of wrap was tested on my grandson, Charlie. Due to the stretch he stayed swaddled all night, allowing him to sleep longer.

All my items are made with 100% New Zealand Merino wool.

As far as washing goes, I recommend a cool gentle wash, though my daughter, a busy full-time working mum, used to throw her denim blue wraps in with the rest of her wash on cold cycle, and they seemed to thrive!
