Still in pretty good condition. A really sturdy cot. I brought it brand new 7 years ago from baby factory. Has a few bite marks on the side but hardly noticeable. Also has a couple of small holes on the side where my husband screwed a lamp into it. The mattress is an innersprung mattress but is not in very good condition. It has a few small marks on one side and has mould on the other side. I used it 2 years ago when my daughter was a newborn and it was fine after it was covered with sheets. I just used the side with the small marks. They can be seen in one of the photos but understand if you do not want the mattress due to the mould. I will consider lower buy now offers if you just want the cot if requested. I will throw in bedding as well. I have a few cot sheet sets and will throw in the blue mink blanket seen in the photos.
