In excellent condition. Selling as it is. Comes with 3 x cot sheet sets and touchwood mattress and assembly Instructions. We bought the new one 4 years ago. Only been used by 1 child. There are some teeth mark but hardly noticable. One minor crack outside of the cot but doesn't effect the use of it. Mattress got some stains on it.
