In good condition. Comes in the box (box is slightly torn), and includes instruction manual. I found the pump very easy to use both manually and electronically. I never used it with batteries. Only item missing from the original purchase is the newborn teat, otherwise you have everything you need to work the pump.

Also included is the Philips Avent Thermal bag for feeding on the go. Keeps hot water warm or cold breast milk/formula /baby food cool for up to four hours.
