Using a hot Breast Pad on the breast for a few minutes before feeding allows freer milk flow which in turn relieves the engorgement. A cold Breast Pad applied to the breast can give relief from swelling and other irritations like cracks or dry skin.

This Warm & Cool Breast pads® are reusable, can be used as either a hot or cold compress, and just the right size to cover the breast comfortably.

By means of a unique patented click on a disc inside the pad the pad heats instantaneously The pad can be used as a cold compress by leaving it to cool in the refrigerator.

To reuse: Submerge the solidified pad in a pot with boiling water, place a cloth on the bottom as a caution against contact and sticking. Continue to boil until the crystals have melted to a gel. Hold it up to the light to check, and shake the pad to dissolve the remaining crystals. Once cooled to room temperature, it is ready to be used again.
