This a safety gate with see through panels from perspex so your baby can not get stuck between rails If you go to the following web side and follow instruction you see the works. Google:WWW.learningcurve.com/safety gates Tomy.

The gate is in good condition, 2 years old, only one item is missing and that are the mounting templates. But any handy person can soon make some up from a piece of cart board if you want to use it as a swing gate. We used the pressure pads and that worked perfect for us.
