20 different ‘Caller’ cards, so students can use the BINGO cards independently, taking turns to be the 'Caller'.

By reading the words from the cards left to right or down and up, there can be lots of winners game after game!

(Lots of 'Caller Cards' means you do away with having to have a pile of little word cards cut up to place on a master list, which are easily lost and you keep finding on the floor and no one seems to know where it came from!)

The caller just needs to randomly choose a card and the activity is ready to go! - the game also moves at a better pace when the caller is not trying to find the word on a large sheet, before moving on.

The 'Caller' cards can also be used on their own, for students to practise their word knowledge.-they can't just memorise the words in order with such a number of combinations.

If the boards are laminated the students can use dry erase markers to tick or strike through the words as they play, if you haven't enough transparent counters.

As students read the words on their 'BINGO' Board to a buddy, before the game begins and the ‘Caller’ checks they are able to read all the words on the card, the activity provides lots of opportunities for children to reinforce their recall of these important high frequency words.
