Tanya found herself at her front door. She couldn't remember the journey at all. As she let herself in she looked at the house and saw it for the first time. It was no longer the house she lived in, it was a proposed film set. Not noticing that it was four in the afternoon, she walked into the kitchen, took a bottle of red wine from the wine rack, a glass from the cupboard and the corkscrew from the drawer. Then she climbed the stairs to her room.

She took her booty to her desk and laid it out. She picked up her handbag and pilled out a pack of cigarettes. Tanya rarely smoked, usually only when she drank. She intended drinking. She opened the pack and to focus read the health warning. Cigarettes can be bad for your health, it screamed. So can life, she screamed back.
